HADI & FIROO began with a real family history—not a manufactured origin story. Hadi spent a lifetime looking closely at gold, stones, jewelry, and antiques. Firoo now carries that habit of attention into a new life in America.
After the Second World War
This photograph belongs to Hadi’s postwar years. The exact date and setting are left unstated; what survives is the record of a man already drawn to objects, craft, and the difference between surface shine and lasting worth.
First journey to America
Taken during Hadi’s first trip to the United States, this family photograph marks an early crossing between two lives. Years later, Firoo would continue his habit of looking closely from America.

Hadi came from a family in Iran with roots in land, jewelry, and antiques. After the Second World War, he worked for the oil company and used part of what he earned to commission and trade jewelry in limited quantities. He developed a deep knowledge of gold and semi-precious stones, but more importantly, an eye for proportion, workmanship, and lasting worth.

Years after Hadi’s passing in Iran, his daughter Firoo continues that history in the United States. She does not copy a workshop that no longer exists. She carries forward the practice behind it: look carefully, select honestly, and understand that a piece becomes personal through the life of the person who wears it.
Our current pieces are curated sterling silver jewelry. We do not claim that Hadi made them or that every design originated in our family. The inheritance is the eye—not a false label.
